Gareth has pursued his passion for theatre all his life: in school and college productions; as an avid theatre goer in London and New York, as the Chairman of the Board of the Active Theatre Company. So naturally when choosing a career Gareth decided to do what is logical for an aspiring thespian and… went to work on Wall Street. He couldn’t keep away from the lime light and grease paint for long though and soon became a theatre angel, backing several Broadway shows over his time in the Big Apple. Since returning home to London in 2012, Gareth founded Glass Half Full Productions to produce and develop theatre for the West End, Broadway and the international market.
Initially training as an actress Leila graduated from the Drama Centre London. After a number of years in this field she moved into producing. She focussed on platforming underrepresented voices and taking work into underserved communities, spending two years specifically developing work for the rural touring circuit with her non-profit AIAWTC. Alongside this she worked Off-West End and produced national tours as well as managing Underground Venues. In 2018 she was awarded the Stage One Bursary for the next generation of West End producers. Shortly after that she joined Glass Half Full in the summer of 2019. Her passion is facilitating the telling of stories in surprising ways for diverse audiences.
Victoria joined Glass Half Full in 2017. She is a Tony-award winning and live events producer with her company Just V Productions (Parade, Syncing Ink).
